1. What to do if I have an issue?

Ans: First thing, Don't Panic! Second, read the FAQs below you might find a solution to your problem, if not just drop an email on support@finoability.com. We will try to solve the issue as soon as possible.

2. How to create an account on Website?

Ans: You need to create an account before taking a course. Click on 'Log in' button present on the top right of website home page. A popup for log in will open, click on 'Sign Up' button. Enter your Email Id, Password and Mobile No. to register for an account. (You may need to verify your Mobile no. by OTP and also confirm your email ID)

3. How to create an account on App?

Ans: You need to create an account before taking a course. Click on Menu Icon (Three horizontal lines) present on the top left of the Store Screen. From the opened menu, click on Login/Register button. Click on Sign Up. Enter your Email Id, Password and Mobile No. to register for an account. (You may need to verify your Mobile no. by OTP and also confirm your email ID)

4. How to use access codes?

Ans: You need to create an account on the app to use the access codes. After Successful login, click on the Menu Icon present on the top left of the Store Screen. From the opened menu, click on My Courses Button. On the opened screen, click on the Gift Icon present on the Top Right of the Screen. Enter your Access Code here. Respective Course will be added to your My Courses section

5. How to take a course? (On Android)

Ans: (To be able to watch the course on Android you must buy the respective version of the course) After you have purchased the Course from website or the App or used the access code of the course, the course would be added to your My Course Section. To view the sessions, Install the Finoability app from Google Play Store on your device (Android phone, Android Tab), Open and log in with the same log in credentials which you used to buy the course. Click on Menu Icon (Three horizontal lines) present on the top left of the Store Screen. From the opened menu, click on 'My Courses' you should see your course, click on the Course image to start the course.

6. I have issues with login, what should I do?

Ans: You can click on Forgot Password link to reset your password from the login screen. We will send the new password to your registered email address. Try to login with the new password.
If the issue still persists, drop an email to support@finoability.com with the issue details.

7. I am unable to access the course, what should I do?

Ans: Please check whether you are using the same email, which was used for purchasing/using the access code. Check for the course in your My Course section. If the course is still not available, please drop an email to support@finoability.com.

8. How to report an issue?

Ans: For any other issues, please drop an email to support@finoability.com with the complete issue details.
